1. When will your order arrive?
All of the clothing are handmade and may take 2 – 4 weeks to make before shipping. A tracking number will be sent to your email when I ship your parcel. Approximate* shipping duration as follows:

Within Australia

3 – 5 working days

Other countries** 

5 – 15 working days

*Estimated delivery time between metro areas of major cities. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control.

2. Will there be instances when you have to wait longer than that?
Normally, I will not take longer than 2 – 3 weeks before shipping out your order. However, in the event when I have a challenge restocking the fabric, I may need a longer time. In this instance, you will be notified immediately and you have the option to refund the order if you do not wish to wait.
During the peak period, I may put up a notice to extend waiting period due to the large volume of orders. This is to ensure that the quality of the clothing is never compromised.

 

3. What age group are these boys’ clothing for?
I design these clothes for boys size 2 – 8. The detailed measurements can be found in the size chart of each clothing listed. I think about their growth, their likely activities like school, holidays, parties, concerts, summer beach days, celebration, etc, when I am designing them.

 

4. How can you find out when With My Boy launch a new design?
You can subscribe to my email list, or follow me on Facebook and Instagram. My subscribers and followers will get notified of the collection launch and the discount code to be used on the first day of launch. I am not a fan of receiving weekly emails from companies. So, I make it a point to only email you when I have a product launch, free shipping promotion, or discounts.

 

5. Can you customise an order if the size you are looking for is not found in the size chart?
Please email me at info@withmyboy.com. I am happy to discuss. During the peak period, I may be unable to do so, but I would provide a timeline for you, if feasible.

 

6. Can you also order matching daughters clothing? 
Yes, for pieces that you enjoy and would like a matching piece for your daughter, please email me at info@withmyboy.com. All pieces can be designed for a matching daughter piece.

 

7. Can you refund the order if you change your mind?
As all orders are handmade-to-order, I do not provide a refund for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, I will try my best to work with you to solve the problem. These clothing are handmade specially for you and it is important to me that you enjoy them.
